To maintain luster, polish with water or baking soda and a mild acid, like vinegar or lemon juice. Dishwasher safe, but handwashing is best. Stainless steel copper core pots & pans require no special handling, unlike cast iron, pure copperware, enameled and nonstick clad cookware.

The aluminum layers are instrumental in lightening the weight of the strong copper layer. Extended high temperature cooking may result in heat transferring to the handles.
